Which countries are you delivering?
The online shop Vent de Voyage book all over the world! Delivery and return conditions vary according to destinations.
When are the orders prepared?
An order of products in stock is processed within 72 hours (open days)*.
We undertake to inform you within two (2) working days of your order if we encounter a problem to honour your order (insufficient stock, incomplete customer information, or for any other legal reason).
* The order preparation time may be extended by several days in times of high affluence or commercial transactions. If you want an urgent delivery or a mandatory date, contact us at + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.
What are the modes and costs of delivery?
We ship our orders:
In France
Standard delivery to your home or Point Retreat via Colissimo in 2 to 3 working days, in addition to the order preparation time (about 3 days).
Standard delivery at home is charged €8.90 for any order that is less than €160. Insurance is included.
This mode of delivery is free from 160€ of purchases.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. When shipping your parcel (about 72 hours after order confirmation), you will receive an email in which your Colissimo follow-up number will be indicated. The delivery provider does not require a signature.
Express delivery to your home via Chronopost in 24 working hours.*
This express delivery mode is charged €14.90, regardless of the amount of your order.

In the rest of the world
Delivery is made via Chronopost or DHL and shipping costs vary by destinations, they are discounted to the customer at cost. Similarly for taxes and customs fees for shipments outside Europe.
What is the fastest delivery method?
The fastest delivery mode is Chronopost Express. The average time limit* is:
- In Metropolitan France: 24h for orders placed before 1pm and 48h for orders shipped after 1pm.
- In Europe: from 24h to 48h for orders placed before 1pm and from 48h to 72h for orders placed after 1pm.
* Delivery time in addition to the order preparation time, which can be extended by several days in high-speed or commercial operations. If you want an urgent delivery or a mandatory date, contact us at + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.
What's going on if I'm missing on delivery?
Everything depends on your delivery mode:
Standard home delivery by Colissimo: the package will be delivered to your neighbours or guardian. Remission to the post office will not be proposed. The package is returned for signature;
Express Shipping: Chronopost will contact you directly to program a new delivery. If, however, you cannot make yourself available, the package will be placed in the closest Chronopost relay to your home.
Delivery in store Vent de Voyage (Click & Collect): You have 15 days to recover your order. Once this period exceeds, the products will be returned to stock, if it is a product of the collection Vent de Voyage and you will be refunded (excluding custom products). If you need additional time, contact us at + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
**The preparation times for your order are likely to be extended by a few days during the commercial operations of the Private Sales, Archives, etc.
Upon shipping your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your parcel.
You can follow the delivery of your orders to your customer account in the "Commandes" section, click on the link "Follow My Order".
What if my package seems lost?
For everything as in France: If the follow-up of your package has not changed within 72 hours, please feel free to contact us by phone at the opening times of our store, from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm, at + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.
For any orders placed HORS de France:If the follow-up of your parcel has not changed within 72 hours, do not hesitate to contact us.
We will open an inquiry with our carrier to quickly locate your parcel and propose a tailor-made solution.
How do I correct an error on my delivery address?
If you have ordered by selecting Standard Delivery, please contact us by phone of preference + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91 (non-taxed call). The modification is only possible for a very short period of time after validation of the order. The Colissimo delivery is against signature. Vent de Voyage will not be held liable if the package has been delivered and received at another address.
If you have ordered by selecting Express delivery, Chronopost will contact you directly. You can reprogram a delivery to the address of your choice.
