Which countries do you deliver to ?

When are orders prepared?

Orders for products in stock are processed within 72 hours (working days)*.

We undertake to inform you within two (2) working days of your order if we encounter a problem in fulfilling your order (custom manufacturing required, insufficient stock, incomplete customer information, or for any other legal reason).

* The order preparation time may be extended by several days during busy periods, sales operations or if the product has to be made to measure. If you require urgent delivery or an imperative date, please contact us on + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.

What are the delivery methods and costs?

We ship our orders :

In France

Free delivery for purchases over €50 to a Mondial Relay collection point in mainland France.

Delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point is charged at 5.88 euros including tax for purchases of less than 50 euros,

Standard delivery to your home via Colissimo with signature or to a Colissimo collection point in 2 to 3 working days, in addition to the order preparation time (approximately 3 days).

Standard home delivery costs €6. Insurance is included.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your parcel is dispatched (approximately 72 hours after order confirmation), you will receive an e-mail with your Colissimo tracking number. The delivery person does not require a signature upon delivery.

To the rest of the world

Delivery is made via Chronopost or DHL and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. They are billed to the customer at cost price. The same applies to taxes and customs duties for shipments outside Europe. If you have any questions, call us on + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91 or contact us here.

What is the fastest delivery method?

The fastest delivery method is Chronopost Express. The average delivery time* is :

In mainland France: 24 hours for orders placed before 1pm and 48 hours for orders dispatched after 1pm.

In Europe: 24 to 48 hours for orders placed before 1pm and 48 to 72 hours for orders placed after 1pm.

What happens if I'm not there for the delivery?

It all depends on your delivery method:

Standard home delivery by Colissimo: the parcel will be given to your neighbours or your caretaker. Delivery to the post office will not be offered. The parcel is delivered against signature;

Express Delivery: Chronopost will contact you directly to schedule a new delivery. If you are unable to make yourself available, the parcel will be dropped off at the Chronopost relay closest to your home.

Delivery to a Vent de Voyage boutique (Click & Collect): you have 15 days to collect your order. Once this period has elapsed, the products will be returned to stock, if they are indeed products from the Vent de Voyage collection, and you will be reimbursed (excluding made-to-measure products). If you need more time, please contact us on + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

**The time taken to prepare your order may be extended by a few days during sales operations such as Private Sales, Archive Sales, etc.

When your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number for your parcel.

You can track the delivery of your orders on your customer account in the ‘Orders’ section, click on the ‘Track my order’ link.

What should I do if my parcel seems to have been lost?

For orders placed in France: If your parcel has not been tracked within 72 hours, please contact us by telephone during our opening hours, from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm, on + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.

For orders placed OUTSIDE France: If your parcel has not been tracked within 72 hours, please contact us.

We will open an enquiry with our carrier to quickly locate your parcel and offer you a tailor-made solution.

How can I rectify an error in my delivery address?

If you placed your order with Standard delivery, please contact us by telephone, preferably by calling + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91 (non surcharged call). Changes can only be made for a very short time after the order has been validated. Colissimo delivery is against signature. Vent de Voyage cannot be held responsible if the parcel has been delivered and received at another address.

If you have placed an order by selecting Express delivery, Chronopost will contact you directly. You will then be able to reschedule a delivery to the address of your choice.
