What is the return time?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to make your return, with the exception of the custom-made products that will not be returned or exchanged. The articles should simply be new and unused.
What is the return procedure?
For e-shop orders placed in France and delivered by Colissimo or Chronopost:
For any return, contact us by phone from Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm to + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91. Items must be returned to their original state within 30 days from the date of shipment of the order to the following address: Vent de Voyage 12, Brush Street 35400 Saint-Malo.
The items must be returned in their original state accompanied by the invoice transmitted during the purchase on the site.
Custom orders are neither repeated nor exchanged.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the customer’s request. Shipping costs will not be refunded, either for shipping or for the return of the order.
These rules also apply for any order to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.

For Click & Collect orders placed on the e-shop and removed in one of our stores:
Click and Collect returns are made exclusively in one of our stores. If one of the items does not satisfy you, you will be able to bring it back to one of our stores with your ticket and order number.
You will be automatically reimbursed within 14 working days.
As with customization orders or custom-made orders placed on the e-shop, those removed in click & collect are neither repeated nor exchanged.
Are exchanges possible?
Yes, the exchanges are possible, depending on the availability of the desired items except for custom orders or tailor-made. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
The returned orders will be refunded within 14 working days from the receipt of the package.
What if a pièis this a defect?
If, despite the care we bring to the preparation of your order, a model does not match your quality requirements, we invite you to contact us at + 33 (0)2 99 20 17 91.
